Please ensure to inspect your order upon delivery while the courier is still present:

✅ If all items are in satisfactory condition → kindly accept the full package.
❌ If any item is missing or not as expected → please refuse the entire package.

Partial acceptance of deliveries is not permitted.

Refunds & Exchanges within 14 Days

• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Additional Information

• Exchange requests are subject to an additional delivery fee.
• For refunds, the delivery fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
